HanningIQ (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what your rights are.
HanningIQ is operated by Oyin Olaiya as a sole trader. Contact: hello@hanningiq.com.
- Enquiry details: name, email, site address, what you need help with, notes
- Uploaded documents: drawings and plans you submit for review
- Payment information: handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe; we never see or store your card details ourselves
To respond to your enquiry, provide the report or review service you’ve requested, process payment, and manage your Practice Plan subscription if you have one. Our legal basis is performance of a contract (once you’ve engaged us), legitimate interest (responding to enquiries), and consent where applicable.
Enquiry and project data is submitted via our enquiry form (Tally) and stored there, and is also received at our hello@hanningiq.com inbox. Payment data is processed and stored by Stripe under their own privacy policy. We don’t sell your data or share it for marketing purposes.
Enquiry data that doesn’t lead to a paid engagement is deleted after 6 months. Project files and reports for paying clients are kept for 12 months after delivery, in case you need to query or reference your report, then deleted unless you ask us to keep them longer.
Under UK GDPR, you can access, correct, or request deletion of your data, and object to or restrict how it’s used. Email hello@hanningiq.com to exercise these rights. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
